At Wild West Rest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Free from any signs of wear, damage, or alterations
Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or had tags removed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Clearance or final sale items (marked as "Final Sale")
- Custom or personalized t-shirts
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at buy@wildwestrest.com with your order number and reason for return
- Receive Instructions: We'll send you return instructions and a return authorization within 24-48 hours
- Ship Your Item: Package your item securely and ship it to the address provided
- Get Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund
Return Shipping
- Who Pays: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order
- Recommendation: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Wild West Rest is not responsible for items lost in return transit
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable (except in cases of defective items or shipping errors)
Refund Processing
- Inspection Time: We'll inspect your returned item within 2-3 business days of receipt
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank or card issuer)
- Notification: You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color:
- Return your original item following the process above
- Place a new order for the item you want
This ensures you get your preferred item as quickly as possible.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Contact us immediately at buy@wildwestrest.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the defect or damage
- We'll send you a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund (including original shipping costs)
- You will NOT be responsible for return shipping costs
Wrong Item Received
If we sent you the wrong item:
- Contact us at buy@wildwestrest.com within 7 days of delivery
- We'll arrange for the correct item to be sent immediately
- We'll cover all return shipping costs and send your correct item free of charge
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to officially post)
- Contact your bank (processing times vary)
- If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at buy@wildwestrest.com
Cancellations
- Before Shipping: Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase by contacting buy@wildwestrest.com
- After Shipping: Once your order has shipped, standard return policies apply
