At Wild West Rest, we're committed to getting your favorite t-shirts to you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Free Shipping
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the United States! No minimum purchase required.
Order Processing & Timing
When Your Order is Processed
Order Cutoff Time:
Orders placed before 12:00 PM ET (Monday-Friday): Begin processing the same business day
Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET: Begin processing the next business day
Weekend orders (Saturday-Sunday): Begin processing on Monday
Holiday orders: Begin processing on the next business day
Processing Time
Once your order begins processing, it takes 2-5 business days to prepare and fulfill your order before it ships. During this time, we:
Prepare your custom t-shirt
Conduct quality checks
Package your order securely
Hand it off to our shipping carrier
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
What "Business Days" Means
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays and our holiday closures (listed below).
Shipping Time
Once your order is shipped, delivery typically takes:
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Total time from order to delivery: Approximately 5-12 business days (processing + shipping time)
Example Timeline:
Order placed: Monday at 11:00 AM ET
Processing begins: Monday (same day)
Order ships: Thursday-Monday (2-5 business days later)
Delivery: 3-7 business days after shipping
Total: Approximately 5-12 business days from order placement
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 US states, including:
All continental US addresses
Alaska and Hawaii (may take additional 2-3 days)
PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses
We do not currently ship internationally. We're working on expanding our shipping options in the future.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers including:
USPS (United States Postal Service)
UPS
FedEx
The carrier will be selected based on your location to ensure the fastest delivery time.
Order Tracking
Tracking Number: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
Track Your Order: Use the tracking link in your email or visit the carrier's website
Delivery Updates: Most carriers provide real-time updates via text or email (sign up on their website)
Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please:
Check with neighbors or building management
Look around your delivery location
Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered early)
Contact us at support@wildwestrest.com if still missing after 24 hours
We'll work with you to resolve the issue and may file a claim with the carrier
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please:
Take photos of the packaging and item
Contact us at support@wildwestrest.com within 48 hours
We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you
Wrong Address
Your Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout
Changes: Contact us immediately at support@wildwestrest.com if you need to update your address
After Shipping: Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. You may be able to redirect through the carrier
Returned Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you'll be responsible for reshipping costs
Shipping Address Requirements
Please ensure your shipping address includes:
Full recipient name
Complete street address (we cannot ship to PO Boxes for certain carriers)
Apartment/unit number (if applicable)
City, State, and ZIP code
Phone number (for delivery updates)
Holidays & Peak Seasons
During major holidays and peak shopping seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.):
Processing times may extend to 3-5 business days
Shipping times may be longer due to carrier volume
We'll notify customers of any delays via email
Holiday Closures: We do not process or ship orders on the following holidays:
New Year's Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day (July 4th)
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you'll receive:
Immediate: Order confirmation email with order details
Within 1-3 days: Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
Upon Delivery: Delivery confirmation (if you sign up with the carrier)
Multiple Items
All items in a single order will ship together
If items are unavailable, we'll contact you about partial shipments or refunds
Expedited Shipping
We currently offer standard free shipping only. Expedited shipping options may be available in the future.
